General Product Statement:
All products and solutions that we sell are from reputable manufacturers and therefore we find performance queries are infrequent. Use and safety instructions are on all chemical container labels. Customers should read the instructions before using any product. Cost Lambrianos (PTY) Ltd takes no responsibility or liability for chemical products used incorrectly or outside of the safety instructions provided on the label by the manufacturer. If in doubt about the use and safety of any product from our range please feel free to contact us.

Product Warranty:
Your satisfaction is very important to us. Cost Lambrianos (PTY) Ltd takes great care in selecting products that should give good performance and value to our customers. Some products have specific warranty periods against malfunction (eg: hand dryers). If you do not receive product satisfaction then we would ask you to contact us immediately or at least within 5 days of receipt of your order. In the unusual event of product failure we will either repair, replace or refund the value of the items purchased.

Transit Damage:
If your order arrives damaged in transit you may return it to us for replacement. Please ensure that the product is properly contained for the return journey and email us that you are returning the parcel, so we may expect it. Return notification should be within 3 days of receiving your order. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
