All products that we sell are from reputable manufacturers and therefore we find performance queries are infrequent. Customers should read the instructions before using any product. Costa Lambrianos (Pty) Ltd takes no responsibility or liability for any products used incorrectly or outside of the safety instructions provided by the manufacturer. If in doubt about the use and safety of any product from our range please feel free to contact us.

Product Warranty:
Your satisfaction is very important to us. Costa Lambrianos (Pty) Ltd takes great care in selecting products that will give good performance and value to our customers. Some products have specific warranty periods against malfunction (eg: hand dryers). If you do not receive product satisfaction then we would ask you to contact us immediately or at least within 5 days of receipt of your order. In the unusual event of product failure we will either repair, replace or refund the value of the items purchased.
